From a fashion standpoint, the Invicta Women’s Wildflower Gold Textured Dial Red Rubber Quartz Watch 5920 is a fun and flashy looking timepiece that will definitely brighten up your everyday look. However, when you take its features into consideration, this watch is technologically just a face in a crowd full of a thousand other watches that operate just like it does.

Stylistically Smart….
The very first thing anybody will notice about this watch is its bright red bracelet. Made of rubber with an 18-karat gold brushed metal insert and stainless steel buckle with etched logo, the strap is not only eye-catching but comfortable as well. When paired with the crimson of the bracelet, the gold tones of the case, bezel, and dial really make this timepiece pop. The gold texturing on the dial itself successfully adds additional intrigue to this already very visually interesting watch without sending the design over the top. With its bright color combinations, mix of materials, and snazzy attitude, there’s no denying that if this watch had a middle name, “style” would be it.

Yet Technologically Average….
Like I said earlier, there really isn’t much in the way of technical features that make this watch stand out from the pack. Everything about it, from its mineral crystal to its Japanese-quartz movement is run-of-the-mill. Even its day, date and 60-second chronograph functions are no more or no less than standard. Now, I’m not saying that this is a bad watch, because it’s actually very nice if you’re looking for something plain and simple in function. However, if you’re in the market for a watch chock-full of whistles, bells, and high-tech features, then in that case, the 5920 will fall short of your expectations.

To break it down for you, here’s what’s good about this watch:
• Its vibrant color scheme
• Visually interesting
• Comfortable bracelet
• The price—at $495 or less, this is something that most anyone can afford

But on the other hand, here are some reasons why you might want to stay away:
• Lack of special features
• Not technologically unique
• Looks its price—not for those with extravagant taste

If you do decide that this is the watch for you, I’m going to let you in on a little secret that will hopefully make your buying process a little bit easier. This watch appears to go by two different names. While the Wildflower collection appears on Amazon.com, on the Invicta website there is no such thing. Instead, if you choose to buy directly from the manufacturer, you can find the exact same watch listed with the Invicta Angel collection— more specifically known as the Angel Diver 5920. No matter what you choose to call it, this watch is a good buy if you’re looking for an average watch with good looks. If it’s something more complex that you want, then this piece is not worth your time.
