The Invicta Force (0851) a casual wear watch that makes a statement. It is a quality timepiece with a simple but chic design and eye catching, high contrast color scheme.

Features:
Luminous
Date display
Swiss-quartz Movement
Water-resistant (100m/330ft)

The Invicta Force (0851) has a stainless steel case and black polyurethane strap. The case measures 46mm in diameter and 15mm thick while the strap is 34mm wide and extends 9 inches in length. The strap is secured by a stainless steel buckle clasp.

The watch has a black dial which is punctuated with white, luminous hour indices and Arabic numerals marking the quarter hours. Black and white, luminous hour, minute, and second hands indicate the time. A date display can be found at the 4 o’clock position. The date is shown in black, Arabic numerals with a contrasting white back ground.

The Force is impact and water- resistant. Framing the dial is a stainless steel bezel. The timepiece is sealed with a push/pull, polyurethane crown and a stainless steel screw-down case back. This enables to the watch to resist water down to 100 meters (330 feet). In addition, Swiss-quartz movement keeps the watch displaying precise time.

The Force has a Polyurethane Strap and Stainless Steel Buckle Clasp.

Pros:

  • Durable
  • Comfortable
  • Highly Readable

Cons:

  • No sub-dials
  • Simple Design

While it’s simple black, white, and stainless steel look may not be as flashy as other Invicta watches, it’s still a chic looking watch. It’s bold, contrasting color scheme and sizable face help it stand out. At the same time, the classic design and neutral colors match most outfits, making it an easy choice in the morning. This watch is just stylish enough to pass at the office, but mostly makes for an eye catching casual-wear accessory.

The high contrast color scheme also make this wristwatch extremely easy to read. The size of the dial and lack of sub-dials give it a nice clean and open look. The date display is small, but stands out clearly with its very legible font and high contrast color scheme. In addition, luminous hour markers and hands keep the watch readable even in low-light conditions.

The Invicta Force (0851) Scale View

The Invicta Force is 46mm in Diameter and 15mm Thick.

It’s durable design enable the Force to follow you to the gym or on outdoor excursions. Being water-resistant down to 100 Meters, this includes swimming or potentially even diving. Since the watch is so easy to read and luminous, diving is certainly not out of the question. However, the Force does not have Invicta’s signature flame-fusion crystal to protect the dial. Instead, the Force has a mineral crystal dial which does resist cracking but does not protect against scratching.

Overall, this is a pretty high quality watch from a brand well known for nice watches, so you may be surprised at the price tag. The Invicta Force (0851) has a manufacture’s suggested retail price of $595.00, which isn’t bad for an Invicta Watch. However, it can be found online for closer to $100.00 or even less. I recommend checking out sites such as WorldofWatches.com, Amazon.com, and BizRate.com for deals. The price, quality, and comfort come together to make this a very practical watch.

Summary:
The Invicta Force (0851) is a very handsome and well constructed timepiece. It’s simple but chic look, durable construction, and precise Swiss-quart movement makes the Force an excellent choice at an incredible price.
