While most watches strive to provide a fully featured watch and a clean and visible interface, few succeed. Introducing Invicta’s Men’s Reserve Chronograph Blue Dial Stainless Steel Chronograph 0812 which successfully combines a fully functional watch with an interface clean and organized enough to successfully marry functionality with style.

Unlike many other watches in Invicta’s collection, the overall design of the Men’s Reserve Chronograph Blue Dial Stainless Steel Chronograph 0812 does not come off as convoluted nor excessive. Every separate function on the watch’s face looks like it has proper spacing and a place that it belongs. The multiple functions are well spaced making them easier to read than most other watches. The watch is equipped with a unidirectional rotating bezel and a screw down crown. The screw down crown allows for easy access to customize things like the date function, and the rotating bezel allows for even more customization as well. The face of the watch is a bright blue, and the hands on the face are a bright silver.  The stainless steel case has the Invicta logo chiseled into the side. On top of the case, the glass for the face of the watch is made of a durable flame infused brushed crystal material that helps prevent scuffing.  The watch comes together with it’s stainless steel strap which ends in a fold over clasp with a safety feature which helps reduce the chances of the metal clasp pinching your wrist. This may seem like a small feature, but since this timepiece will likely be on your wrist for a lot of time, anything that adds comfort is of great importance. This watch has a casual appearence, the the sp;ash of solid blue coloring on the face adds just enough color to make this timepiece stand out from the crowd. It is not an overbearing deviation from the overall silver tone of the watch, so this timepiece can be worn on any occasion.

  • Precise Swiss-quartz movement
  • Chronograph functions with 60 second, 30 minute and 1/10 of a second subdial.

  • Smooth, Clean Interface
Cons:
  • Not Shock Resistant

This is easily one of Invicta’s most stylish watches because of its modern look. All of these features, style and, and the overall design of the watch are not cheap however. Priced at $1395.00 and available on multiple online retailers for around $300.00, this is one of Invicta’s more expensive, but well rounded watches.
